About Rebecca Parish

I am a fully insured and Enhanced DBS-checked Registered Osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), with extensive experience in functional movement, rehabilitation, and holistic healthcare.

My approach combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with advanced Pilates instruction and exercise-based rehabilitation to help patients restore mobility, build strength, and regain confidence in their movement.

I specialise in manual therapy, postural and biomechanical assessment, and personalised exercise prescription, with additional expertise in reflexology and primitive reflex integration. This allows me to take a truly holistic, whole-body approach to musculoskeletal health, addressing not only symptoms but their underlying causes.

I am passionate about delivering patient-centred, evidence-informed care, empowering individuals through education, movement re-education, and practical lifestyle strategies to support long-term wellbeing. I maintain ongoing professional development through regular CPD.
