Sickness Policy

As a health clinic focused on patient care, we are committed to ensuring the safety of our patients and therapists by implementing effective communicable disease prevention measures. Please call us to inform us of any illnesses as soon as you are aware, and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment if necessary. We would much rather accommodate a single missed clinic slot than face several days off work, leaving our patients waiting for treatment during that time.

If you arrive at the health clinic for an appointment and are showing symptoms of a communicable disease, we reserve the right to refuse treatment to prevent further infection. Additionally, we also reserve the right to charge for the appointment slot.
