Group Pilates is an intermate class where multiple participants perform Pilates exercises together, usually led by Rebecca. It focuses on building strength, flexibility, and body awareness in a supportive group setting.
Group Session £20 per person
Our online Zoom Pilates session is a live, instructor-led workout conducted virtually, designed for participants who already have experience in Pilates and understand foundational principles like core engagement, neutral spine, and breath control.
